What are the advantages of renting an apartment at Monparis ?

What are your terms and conditions for rentals ?

here. You will be asked to sign and return a copy of your personalized contract to confirm your Paris apartment rental.
Are there additional 'hidden' costs on top of the rental rates ?
No. We believe that it is better for our guests to know what to
expect up front. We have therefore put pictures of all apartments
and their surrounding areas on the website, and there are no hidden
charges.
How can I secure my reservation ?
To secure a reservation, we require payment of 50% of the value of
your booking can be payable by (specific to each apartment):
• Check to the owner's account of your Paris apartment
• "SWIFT" wire transfer from your bank to the owner's
account.
• Transfer to the owner through Western Union
• Your booking is then confirmed.
Do your apartments have lifts or handicapped access ?
Unfortunately some of them don't! In the hearth of Paris and in
historical districts where by law nothing can be changed. Our
apartments are located in buildings built in the 18th century, some
of them even earlier… so there is no room to install an elevator in
their staircases. Most apartments are on the second or third, which
is not so far to climb. We can always help you with luggage if you
need a hand.
Are the apartments non smoking ?
All the apartments are owned by non smoking residents. We request
our guests to avoid from smoking in the apartments as well as in the
staircases and lobbies for security reasons. You will find smoking
areas in restaurants and cafés, but please don't forget smoking in
many public places is forbidden by law in France since 2007.
Can we get a discount ?
We are not a big rental company but private owners. Our prices are
already very competitive. However, we are willing to give discounts
in specific cases, such as: - Over one month stays - For singles
during the low season - Last minute bookings upon availability.
Do we have our own telephone line ?
Yes, each apartment is equipped with a telephone with free calls to
certain countries. We will send you the detailed list after your
reservation is confirmed.
Do we have our own internet connection ?
Yes, all our apartments are equipped with broadband connection (ADSL
and Wifi) with unlimited connection time.
Are your apartments all centrally located and near public transportation ?
Yes. All of our apartments are selected for their accessibility for
people who come to Paris to take advantage of the city. They are all
located in central, upscale area near tourist attractions and
business centers. Every apartment is at most 5 minutes from a Paris
Metro Station or a Paris bus stop.
Are there restaurants and stores in the vicinity of your Paris apartments ?
For the first question, there are good restaurants everywhere in
Paris. The locations of our Paris apartments are no exception. There
are very good restaurants near every apartment. When you are here,
we will be happy to make some suggestions for you. As for shopping,
all apartments have nearby supermarkets and shops where you can
purchase food or other household items that you may need during your
stay. When you're here, don't hesitate to ask for suggestions on
where to go shopping or where to eat.
What to do when we arrive at the airport ?
Do not take the RER Train or airport bus if you have heavy luggage.
Do not buy your train ticket from anyone other than at the official
counter of the Métro with an RATP sign, which is the Métro Company.
If you take the bus, you can buy a ticket from the driver. Taxis are
available in front of the airport but very often you will have to
take a long line to catch one. You can arrange transfers with a
driver in a private and comfortable car. The price is 75 Euros
payable directly to the driver in cash in Euro. Even if your plane
is late or the traffic is huge, you will pay the same price (that is
not the case with a taxi). Your private driver will wait for you at
the airport at the arrival gate (just after customs) with a white

How do we meet to get the keys and do the check in ?
One of us will welcome you personally. Normal check-in time is 15.00
(3pm). It can be earlier if your flat is available. For late
arrivals, we kindly ask you to do your best to arrive before 20.00
(8pm) in order to respect the privacy of your neighbours. Once your
booking is confirmed, you'll be given an appointment at your
apartment. Please do your best to be on time as there is no
reception desk, we meet you at the apartment. If your plane or train
is late, please call us to fix another time to hand over the keys
and welcome you. We can help both to the vacationer— the freedom of
your own place with the services he's selected to make your vacation
carefree— and to the business traveler, for whom centrality,
convenient transport, privacy, and the means to host and entertain
elegantly are essential. We're better suited than hotels for
families with children or friends traveling together, more romantic
for newlyweds, and more spacious and flexible for businesspeople.
What about checking out ?
We are very flexible about check-out times. If you have a late
departure and your flat is not required, we allow you to stay in the
flat later than the normal 10am check-out time. We'll meet you
personally on departure; check out the condition of the flat. If
everything is fine and clean, as it usually is, we'll give you your
security deposit back with a warm thank you. We can also, with
advanced request, arrange for a transfer pick you up at your door
and take you to the airport or train station.
