A service for people who want  to buy an apartment in Paris  and who, living abroad, don’t know where to start, or don’t have the time.

In addition to being based in Paris, we have a good  understanding of this market  and several professionals who can facilitate the acquisition project. We guarantee complete confidentiality.

The search consists of selecting advertisements from newspapers, magazines, and specialized websites, visiting agencies, contacting brokers and professionals, and visiting apartments that meet the criteria defined through a detailed description outlining the priority search criteria. Descriptions of a selection of at least 5 apartments will be sent with photos (when possible). Visits begin after receipt of a €3,000 deposit and end with the signing of the “Promesse de Vente” (Promise of Sale) or after visiting at least 12 apartments that meet the defined criteria.

We guarantee  complete transparency  regarding our visits during the search period.

This deposit will be deducted from the 3% success fee of the purchased property (excluding notary fees), payable upon completion of the purchase, i.e., the final signature at the notary’s office, scheduled for 3 months after the signing of the Promise of Sale. When the apartment is presented by an agency, we attempt to negotiate a reduction in the agency’s commission in order to fully or partially “self-finance” Monparis’ commission.

After the purchase, we can recommend a company to carry out any necessary renovations, and assist the client in managing the apartment should they wish  to monetize their investment  by renting it out for short periods to a select clientele.
